We will visit your home or property and listen to your ideas, thoughts, and the goal of the project. The next step is to get you a detailed written estimate trying to anticipate every possible scenario of what could, or would happen during the course of your bathroom remodel.
- Material Selection & Demolition
Choosing materials and textures is usually the next phase. After those details are finalized, we place orders for materials and our staff will coordinate all parties involved to schedule the project. Demolition of the old bathroom space takes the starting position in most projects like this.
- Determining the Layout
The next phase is called the rough-in of any new fixtures or relocation of fixtures if you want to change the layout of the bathroom. Wiring and electrical rough-in would also take place during this phase of the project and next, we would have all of this work inspected to make sure it meets current code.
- Installation
Sheetrock, tile and/or new flooring bring us into the home stretch. Installation of plumbing fixtures and lighting and final clean-up bring us to completion!
